The latest version of the Mayor’s short-term rental ordinance, to be voted on over the next week by the City Council, eliminates investor units in Boston and accomplishes other needed controls. It’s time for Boston’s City Council to pass the Mayor’s ordinance immediately. Short term rentals increase the cost of housing for our working and middle class while also disrupting our neighborhoods.
