Combined STR View

Inside Airbnb data analysis view combined with ISD license status data.  Host locations on this map are exact points-markers where real address info is available/known.  Otherwise, Airbnb-anonymized (±150 meters) locations are used.  The default view for these Airbnb-provided locations displays as ±150-meter circle-of-uncertainty area but a points-marker view is available by clicking the “Icons-only” control on.  Other controls allow view of different registration types and status (licensed, exemption or illegal).  NEW controls include the ability to suppress potentially longer-term listings and unknown addresses, plus the ability to look at specific “megahosts”.  Background maps show 2019 Executive Suite and Lodging House zoning overlays, as estimated by ADCO’s best-efforts analysis of current Boston Zoning Code.  As of 1/9/20, previously “Allowed” Executive Suite use areas have been changed to “Conditional” use, but pre-amendment view has been kept here for analysis purposes.
